# Attendance, Shifts, Payslips and Documents for Educators from Easy Staff App

To view **Attendance**, **Shifts**, **Payslips**, and **Documents** of the educators, follow these steps:

1. Go to the **QrCode** icon in the top right corner.

2. A screen will open with two large buttons: **Check In** and **Check Out**, and below them other items:

• **Enter Justification**

• **My Attendance**:

Clicking here will display all recorded attendances with the option to filter the view through the two filters for **month** and **year**.

• **Shifts**:

Clicking here will open a new page. On the top string, you will find the **calendar**, which you can navigate using the **left arrow** to search for a date prior to those displayed, or the **right arrow** to search for a date subsequent to those displayed.

Below you will find a large button with the following information:

• Educator's name.

• Type of shift (morning or afternoon, with or without break).

• Shift time.

• Time of any break.

• **Payslips**:

Inside you will find all your **payslips** with the attached PDF. You can download the document by clicking on the **right arrow** icon of the document.

• **Documents**:

Inside you will find all the documents shared by the administrator or coordinator with the educator. The documents can be downloaded by clicking on the **right arrow** icon of the document.
