# How to Enter an Educator Justification from Browser

This guide explains how an educator can enter a justification by accessing from **Browser**.

**Enter a Justification**

1. **Log in to the application** and click on the **profile icon** (shaped like a person) at the top right.

2. Select the **Attendance** menu.

• A screen will open with the list of registrations.

3. Click on the **+ Add Justification** button (at the top right, light blue).

**⚠️ Important**

To view and enter justifications, **you must be enabled by the coordinator**.

The coordinator must enable justifications by going to **Staff > Staff Attendance > Settings** (clicking on the dropdown menu "Registrations") and activating the justifications they want to make available.

**Filling out the Justification**

1. **Type of period**

• **Single**: If the justification concerns one day.

• **Multiple**: If it concerns several consecutive days.

2. **Justification**

• Select the type of justification from the dropdown menu.

• The list of available options is determined by the coordinator.

3. **Registration date**

• **If single registration**: Select the date from the calendar.

• **If multiple registration**:

• Enter the **start date** (first day of the justification).

• Enter the **end date** (last day of the justification).

• The system defaults to the current date.

4. **Time**

• **Start time**: Indicate the start time of the justification.

• **End time**: Indicate the end time of the justification.

5. **Note (optional)**

• You can add a personal note.

6. **Saving**

• Click on the **Save** button (green, at the bottom).

• The justification registration will be saved in the system.

By following this procedure, educators can easily and quickly register their justifications.
