# How to Export the Staff List

To export the staff list, follow these steps:

1. **Log in as Coordinator**

Log in with your coordinator account and select the desired location.

2. **Navigate to the Staff menu**

• Go to the left menu and click on **“Staff”**.

• Then, click on **“Staff List”** in the top right corner.

3. **Export the list**

• On the **Staff List** page, locate the sheet icon.

• Hover over the icon: the text **“Create List”** will appear.

• Click on the icon to generate an Excel file.

4. **Download the Excel file**

The file will contain all the data present in the staff records for each entered staff member.

The list will be downloaded and ready to use.
