# How to Increase the Number of Students on a License

**1. Log in with the Main Account**

• **Log in** to the management system using the **main account** (the one with the necessary privileges to modify the license).

**2. Navigate to Campus Management**

• If you are already in the management system, **click on the icon shaped like a person** in the top right corner.

• From the submenu that opens, select **“Campus Management”**.

**3. Access the License Section**

• Once in **Campus Management**, you will find a menu on the left (dark blue in color).

• **Click on the “License” option**: you will be redirected to the license page.

• At the top of the license page you will find:

• The **expiration date** of the license.

• The **renewal frequency**.

• The **number of available students**.

• Scroll down the page until you find the option to **increase the number of students**.

**5. Update the Number of Students**

• **Enter the new desired number of students** in the appropriate field.
