# How to request an equipment from the app

To request equipment as an educator, access the app and go to the **"Request Equipment"** tab located in the second row on the left.

**Request equipment**

1. **Access the App**

Go to the **"Request Equipment"** tab.

2. **Message Type**

Select the type of message to send. By clicking on the dropdown menu, you will have two options: **Message** or **Equipment Request**. Click on **"Equipment Request"**.

3. **Labels**

Select the label from those preset by the administrator. Then, indicate whether the request is **"Urgent"** or not.

4. **Recipients**

Choose from the list to whom to send the equipment request. If you want to send it to everyone, click on the **"Select all"** checkbox next to the icon shaped like a person with a magnifying glass. Once you have selected the recipients, click the **"Save"** button at the top right.

5. **Requested Equipment**

From the list below, select all the materials to request by clicking the dot next to each item.

Once you have selected all items, click the light blue **"Send"** button at the bottom, and the equipment request will be sent to all selected recipients.
