# How to view and download a video from the Easy Family App

Follow these steps to view and download a video directly from the app.

**1. Access the App**

• Log in with your credentials.

• Select the **student structure** for which you want to view the videos.

• On the screen that appears, select the student (in case you have multiple students in the same structure).

• You will find yourself on the **Home screen**.

**2. Access the Video Section**

• Click on the first large tab at the top right **“Video”**.

**Step 1: Search for Videos**

• A screen will open where you will see the videos uploaded by the structure in the **current month**.

• To facilitate the search for a video or a group of videos from a specific period, use the available filters:

• **Month**: Click on the “Month” filter to select the month of your interest from the available list.

• **Year**: Click on the “Year” filter to select the year of your interest from the available list.

**Step 2: Download and Forward Videos**

**View Video**

• Once the videos are displayed on the screen, click on a video to open it and view it in normal format.

**Download the Video**

1. Click on the icon at the bottom right shaped like a **downward arrow**.

2. At the first request, an alert will appear:

**“Easy Family would like to access the photo library.”**

You can choose between:

• **Limit access**

• **Allow unlimited access**

• **Do not allow access**

This alert will only appear on the first access to the gallery.

3. Once access is granted, another alert will appear:

**“Save Media”**, which will confirm that the video has been saved to your library.

Click on **“OK”**.

**Forward the Video**

1. Click on the icon at the bottom left shaped like a **rightward arrow**.

2. The sharing options available on your device will open. Choose your preferred method to forward the video.

**Return to the Video Screen**

• To return to the screen with all the videos, click on the **arrow-shaped icon** at the top left.
