# How to view events and book from Easy Family App

To view and book an event from **Easy Family App**, follow the steps below:

**Step 1 – View events**

1. Log in to the **app**.

2. Select the **student's structure** of your interest.

3. On the screen that appears, select **the student** (if you have more than one in the same structure).

You will find yourself on the **home screen**.

4. **Click on the “Events” button**, located at the bottom left.

• A new screen will open.

• At the top, you will find a string with the **calendar**:

• Use the **left arrow** to search for previous dates.

• Use the **right arrow** to search for future dates.

5. Below the calendar, you will find the **list of events** scheduled for the selected day.

**Step 2 – Book event**

1. **Click on the event** that interests you.

If the event is bookable, a screen will appear with the following information:

• **Event Name** and a brief description.

• **Start**: Date and time of the event start.

• **End**: Date and time of the event end.

• **Bookings**: List of **available slots**, indicating the start/end date and time of the slot.

• **Book**: By clicking this button, you will finalize the booking of the selected slot.

2. **Note**:

If you have already made a booking for that event, an **alert** will appear stating:

**“Error – you already have a booking for this event”**.

**Step 3 – Cancel booking**

1. Return to the **home screen**.

2. Click on the **“Bookings” button**, located at the bottom right.

3. On the next screen, you will find the **list of your bookings**.

4. To cancel a booking:

• Click on the **red trash can icon** to the left of the booking.

• The booking will be canceled.
