# The Bulletin Board Accessing as Coordinator

Accessing a campus with a **coordinator account**, you will first see the **bulletin board**, which is the **home page** containing a summary of the main information and functions of the campus. Here are the details of its sections:

**Home**

1. **Students**

• **Number of active students:** Displays the number of enabled students present in the campus.

• **Click on the number:** Leads to the **Students List** page.

• **“+” button next to “Students”**: Allows you to add a new student.

2. **Sections**

• **Number of sections:** Shows the total number of sections in the campus.

• **Click on the number:** Leads to the **Sections List** page.

• **“+” button next to “Sections”**: Allows you to create a new section.

3. **Staff**

• **Number of staff:** Shows the enabled staff in the campus.

• **Click on the number:** Leads to the **Staff List** page.

• **“+” button next to “Staff”**: Allows you to add new staff.

4. **Messages**

• **Number of unread messages:** Shows the messages that are yet to be read.

• **Click on the number:** Leads to the incoming messages page.

• **“+” button next to “Messages”**: Allows you to write a new message.

**Weekly Attendance Chart**

• **Attendance and absences:**

• **In green:** Present students.

• **In gray:** Absent students.

• **Navigation between weeks:**

• **Click on “Previous Week”**: Shows data related to the previous seven days (from Monday to Sunday).

**Statistics and Requests Box**

1. **Students in Structure:**

• Number of students with **registered entry** but without **exit**.

2. **Requests to approve:**

• Indicates the number of requests from staff (e.g., vacations, permits).

3. **Absences reported for the next day:**

• Number of students for whom an absence has been reported for the next day.

4. **Birthdays of the current day:**

• **Students:** Number of students celebrating their birthday.

• **Click on the number:** Leads to the **Students Birthdays** page.

• **Staff and Family Members:** Shows the birthdays of the current day.

• **Hover over the number:** Displays the names of the celebrants.

**“Staff” Tab**

• Next to the **Home** text at the top, you will find the **“Staff” tab**.

• **Clicking on it:**

• Opens the complete list of staff.

• **Click on a staff name:** Leads to the staff profile.

• **Available options:**

• **Messages:** Send a message to the selected staff via the management system.

• **Call:** Initiates a call via phone or other enabled tools.

The coordinator bulletin board is designed to provide a comprehensive overview and immediate tools to manage all activities of the campus. **Remember to navigate through the tabs and action buttons to access different functionalities.**
