How to view and download a video from the Easy Family App
Follow these steps to view and download a video directly from the app.
1. Access the App
• Log in with your credentials.
• Select the student structure for which you want to view the videos.
• On the screen that appears, select the student (in case you have multiple students in the same structure).
• You will find yourself on the Home screen.
2. Access the Video Section
• Click on the first large tab at the top right “Video”.
Step 1: Search for Videos
• A screen will open where you will see the videos uploaded by the structure in the current month.
• To facilitate the search for a video or a group of videos from a specific period, use the available filters:
• Month: Click on the “Month” filter to select the month of your interest from the available list.
• Year: Click on the “Year” filter to select the year of your interest from the available list.
Step 2: Download and Forward Videos
View Video
• Once the videos are displayed on the screen, click on a video to open it and view it in normal format.
Download the Video
- Click on the icon at the bottom right shaped like a downward arrow.
- At the first request, an alert will appear:
“Easy Family would like to access the photo library.”
You can choose between:
• Limit access
• Allow unlimited access
• Do not allow access
This alert will only appear on the first access to the gallery.
- Once access is granted, another alert will appear:
“Save Media”, which will confirm that the video has been saved to your library.
Click on “OK”.
Forward the Video
- Click on the icon at the bottom left shaped like a rightward arrow.
- The sharing options available on your device will open. Choose your preferred method to forward the video.
Return to the Video Screen
• To return to the screen with all the videos, click on the arrow-shaped icon at the top left.
