How to create or modify the activity list
To customize your activities, log in with the Coordinator account, go to "Management PlessI" and then click on "Settings" in the light blue sidebar menu on the left. After clicking on Settings, a submenu will open where you will find the item "Activities". By clicking on it, you will see the list of activities already entered. If you haven't added any yet, the list will be empty.
Add a new activity
- To enter the first activity, click the “+ New” button at the top right.
- Two mandatory fields will appear:
• “Activity”: enter the name of the activity. It is advisable to use a short and clear name that allows the staff to easily identify its nature.
• “Description”: provide a generic description of the activity, which can be modified by the educators when entering it in the logbook.
Example:
• Activity Name: Motor Activity
• Description: Activity carried out to promote the psychomotor development of the student in order to improve their performance.
- Once the fields are completed, click on Save. The new activity will be added to the list.
Modify or delete an existing activity
In the list of activities, you will find options to modify or delete each activity:
• Light blue pencil icon: allows you to modify the details of the activity.
• Red trash can icon: allows you to delete the activity.
You can use these options at any time to update or remove activities from the list.
