How to view and download a photo from the Easy Family App
Follow these steps to view and download a photo directly from the app.
- Access the App
Log in with your credentials.
Select the student structure whose photos you want to view.
On the screen that appears, select the student (if you have multiple students in the same structure).
You will find yourself on the Home screen.
- Access the Photo Section
Click on the first large tab at the top “Photos”.
Step 1: Search for Photos
A screen will open where you will see the photos uploaded by the structure in the current month.
To facilitate the search for a photo or a group of photos from a specific period, use the available filters:
Month: Click on the “Month” filter to select the month of your interest from the available list.
Year: Click on the “Year” filter to select the year of your interest from the available list.
Step 2: Download and Forward Photos
View Photos
Once the photos are displayed on the screen, click on a photo to enlarge it and view it in normal format.
Download the Photo
Click on the icon in the bottom right shaped like a downward arrow.
At the first request, an alert will appear:
“Easy Family would like to access your photo library”.
You can choose between:
Limit access
Allow unlimited access
Do not allow access
This alert will only appear on the first access to the gallery.
Once access is granted, another alert will appear:
“Save Media”, which will confirm that the photo has been saved to your library.
Click on “OK”.
Forward the Photo
Click on the icon in the bottom left shaped like a rightward arrow.
The sharing options available on your device will open. Choose your preferred method to forward the photo.
Return to the Photo Screen
To return to the screen with all the photos, click on the arrow-shaped icon in the top left.
