How to create a new school and how to configure it

From the School Management page, you can create and modify the specific settings of each school for a customized configuration.


Create a new school


  1. Click the “+ New School” button.


  1. A screen will open with the following fields to fill in:


General information of the school:


School Logo:


Upload the representative logo of the structure that will be visible within the school.


School Name (Required):


Enter the name of the school you are creating.


Contact details (optional, unless otherwise indicated):


Country (Required):


The choice of country will set the time zone for the records.


• City, Address, Province, ZIP, Phone, Fax, Email, Certified Email:


These details will be visible to family members.


Advanced options for the school


  1. Receiving passive invoices:


Enabled:


Passive invoices received with the school's VAT number will be visible in the Administration → Purchases section.


Disabled:


Recommended if you manage many structures with the same VAT number but do not want to share this information.


  1. Attendance registration from browser:


Enabled:


Allows family members to register attendance even from a browser, regardless of their geographical location.


Disabled (recommended):


To prevent the use of this function remotely.


  1. License limits:


Maximum number of students:


Set a specific limit for the number of students manageable by that school.


Maximum space in GB:


Specify the available space for the school.


Tip: Leave the fields empty if the structure has no restrictions.


  1. School Internet address:


Enter the link to the official website or a representative Internet address.


SMTP Configuration (optional)


• Allows sending service emails using a private email address instead of the address no-reply@iroma.net.


Required fields for SMTP configuration:


• SMTP Server


• SMTP Port


• Email provider Username and Password


• Security protocol (SSL/TLS)


Test configuration:


Upon confirmation, the system will verify the data. In case of an error, the saving will not be performed.


Note: With a correct configuration, email notifications will be sent directly from your personalized address.


Save changes


Remember: always click “Save” before leaving the page or changing screens to ensure that the settings are saved correctly.
