How to enable notifications from the Easy Family App

Follow these simple steps to receive push notifications or emails directly from the Easy Family App.

1. Access the settings

• Log in to the Easy Family app.

• Select the structure and student of your interest.

• From the main screen, tap the menu icon (☰) in the top right corner.

• Tap Settings.

2. Activate the desired notifications

In the Settings screen:

• Tap on Push Notifications.

• A list will open with different types of available notifications. For each type, you can choose whether to receive:

• Email notifications

• Push notifications from the app

To activate them:

• Move the toggle from gray to green for each desired option.

• You can activate both options (email and push) simultaneously.

3. Save changes

• After selecting the desired notifications, press the blue Save button at the bottom.

• Your preferences will be saved immediately.

You will now receive the selected notifications directly via email or through push notifications on the Easy Family App.
