How to view the logbook from the Easy Family App

Here are the steps to consult the logbook through the dedicated app for family members:

1. Access the app

Log in to the app using your credentials.

Select the structure related to the child whose logbook you want to view.

If you have more than one child in the same structure, choose the desired child from the screen that appears.

2. Access the Logbook screen

From the Home screen, click on the “View Logbook” button at the top left.

Next, go to the “Educator Record” tab to access the details.

3. Consult the Logbook

At the top of the screen, you will find a calendar bar:

Use the left arrow to view a previous date.

Use the right arrow to view a subsequent date.

4. Content of the Logbook

The logbook will contain, in an organized and concise manner, the following data:

Entry and Exit: Times of entry and exit of the child and who recorded them.

Absences: Indication of absence days.

Activities: Details of activities carried out, with descriptions.

Needs: Records related to pee, poop, or other needs.

Naps: Start and end times of the nap.

Meals and Snacks: Details of the menus with quantities consumed.

5. Navigate between days

To change the day and consult information related to other dates, use the calendar at the top of the screen.

In this way, you can easily access all the information related to your child's school day and monitor their daily progress.
