How to upload documents from the Easy Family App

To upload documents using the Easy Family App, follow the steps below:


Accessing documents


  1. Select the structure and the student:


• After logging into the app, select the structure of the student for whom you want to upload documents.


• On the next screen, select the desired student (in case you have multiple students associated with the same structure).


  1. Access the "Documents" section:


• From the home screen, click on the square labeled "Documents", located in the second row on the left.


On the next screen, you will find three entries:


  1. Contracts:


• Here you can view all contracts uploaded by the structure.


  1. Documents:


• In this section, you will find the documents shared by the structure.


  1. Upload Documents:


• This is the menu you will use to upload documents and share them with the structure.


Uploading a document


  1. Click on "Upload Documents":


  1. Enter file details:


• At the bottom of the screen, fill in the following fields:


File Name: Enter the name you want to give to the document you are uploading.


Upload New File: This button will turn light blue only after you have given a name to the file.


  1. Upload the file:


• Click on "Upload New File".


• A screen will open allowing you to access the files saved on your device.


• Select the file you wish to upload and wait for it to be uploaded.


Sharing with the structure


Once the document is uploaded, it will also be available for the structure. Use this feature to easily and securely share files such as authorizations, signed forms, or any other necessary documents.
