How to Purchase a License
To purchase a license, follow these steps:
Access and Navigation
- Log in to the app with your main account.
- Go to Management of Schools:
• If you are already inside the school, click on the person icon in the top right corner.
• From the menu that opens, select Management of Schools.
Filling in Invoice Data
- In the dark menu on the left, click on License.
- Fill in the fields for the invoice data:
• All fields are mandatory, except for SDI Code or PEC, which are alternative (just enter one of the two).
- Click the green “Save” button in the top right corner.
Choosing License
- Scroll down and you will find the text Purchase License.
- Choose:
• Number of students: Enter the number of students to manage. We recommend adding a few more than necessary.
• Renewal frequency:
• Monthly: Monthly payment, cancellable at any time, but costs 20% more than the annual.
• Annual: One-time payment, discounted by 20% compared to the monthly.
- After selecting the parameters, click Next.
Confirmation and Payment
- On the next screen, verify:
• The cost of the license.
• You can go back to modify the number of students or the frequency if necessary.
- Available payment methods:
• Credit card.
• SEPA (direct debit from bank account):
• Enter your IBAN and the account holder's name.
Activation and Renewal
- Once you have chosen the payment method:
• The license will be activated immediately whether you pay by credit card or choose SEPA.
- The license renews automatically at expiration, unless you disable automatic renewal:
• Go back to Management of Schools > License.
• Click on Manage License and cancel the automatic payment.
Issuance of Invoice
- The invoice will be issued after the payment is completed, that is, in the case of SEPA after 4-5 days, using the data entered on this page.
