How to respond to a questionnaire from the Easy Family App

To respond to a questionnaire via the Easy Family App, follow the steps outlined below:

Accessing the questionnaire

1. Select the structure and the student:

• After logging into the app, select the structure of the student in question.

• On the next screen, select the desired student (in case you have multiple students associated with the same structure).

2. Access the requests:

• From the home screen, click on the button in the second row on the right labeled “Requests.”

Step 1 - Responding to the questionnaire

1. Select the “Questionnaire” section:

• Within the requests screen, you will find two buttons:

• Questionnaire: where the available questionnaires will be listed.

• Supplies: for any requests for materials or resources.

2. Fill out the questionnaire:

• Click on the button “Questionnaire” to access the list of available questionnaires.

• Fill in the answers directly in the proposed interface.

3. Save the answers:

• Once you have completed the answers, click on the button “Save” to confirm the completion.
