What is the “Personal Documents” section for
The “Personal Documents” section allows you to share files with all staff of a facility.
In this section, you can upload, for example, circulars, internal regulations, or any other file that needs to be viewed by all staff.
✅ Supported file types:
• Accepted formats: zip, pdf, docx, doc, docm, xls, xlsx, xlsm
• Maximum size: 50MB
How to upload a document
- Log in with a Coordinator account.
- Enter the desired facility.
- From the side menu, click on “Staff” → “Documents”.
- Click on the light blue button “Upload new file”.
- Enter the file name (mandatory field).
- Click on the light blue button “Upload File” to select and upload the document.
- To save the file, click the green button “Save”.
- To cancel the operation, click on “Cancel”.
Managing uploaded documents
After uploading the file, it will appear in the list with the following information:
• File date – Date the file was uploaded.
• Uploaded by – Name of the user who uploaded the file.
• File name – Name of the uploaded document.
• File type – File extension (e.g., PDF, DOCX).
• Preview – By clicking on the eye-shaped icon, you can view a preview of the document.
• Deletion – To delete the file, click on the trash can icon.
• File visibility – You can enable/disable the visibility of the file to staff:
• Active (green) – The file is visible to staff.
• Inactive (red) – The file is not visible to staff.
