Where to Find the Invoice and Courtesy PDF of the Easy.School License

After purchasing a license, the invoice will be issued based on the information you entered on the "License" page.

Here’s where to find it:

Invoice Format

1. Electronic Invoice:

• The invoice will be sent via the Revenue Agency.

• It will be available in your tax drawer, at the SDI code or the PEC indicated during the purchase.

2. Courtesy PDF:

• A copy of the courtesy PDF will be uploaded directly into the management system.

How to View and Download the Courtesy PDF

1. Access the Management of Locations page.

2. In the left menu, select the option dedicated to payment management.

3. Here you will find the list of all payments made.

4. In the last column, click on the “Download Courtesy PDF” icon to obtain a copy of the invoice.

This procedure allows you to quickly access the tax documents and invoices related to the licenses directly from the management system.
