How to modify or delete a lunch from Browser
Modify a lunch
- Access the Educator Register
• After logging in, click on “Registers” in the left menu and then on “Educator Register”.
• A screen will open with the activities recorded for today’s date.
• If the lunch to be modified is for another date:
• Click on the calendar icon in the top right corner.
• Select the date of interest and search for the record.
- Step 1 - Basic Data
• Click on the pencil icon next to the record to be modified.
• In the next screen, you can modify:
• Date: Date of the lunch.
• Time: Recorded time (modifiable by clicking on it).
• Sections: Selection of the section.
• Preselect Students: Students for whom the activity has been recorded.
• Click on “Next” in the top right corner.
- Step 2 - Selection and Entry of Individual Student Data
• In the next screen, you will find the profiles of the involved students:
• Student Photo (if uploaded).
• First and Last Name of the student.
• Type of meals recorded.
• Quantity of meals.
• To modify the meal quantity, click on the relevant fields.
• To modify the type of meals, click on the light blue “Edit” button.
• You can add a note by clicking on the light blue pencil icon on the right.
• Complete the modifications and click on “Next” in the top right corner.
- Step 3 - Summary and Confirmation
• Check the details in the summary screen:
• Type of record.
• Date and time.
• Count of students by section.
• To save the changes, click on the green “Save” button.
• If necessary, go back with “Back”.
Delete a lunch
- Access the Educator Register
• Follow the steps described above to access the Educator Register screen.
- Delete lunch with single registration
• Search for the record related to the lunch to be deleted.
• Click on the trash can icon next to the record.
• If the lunch is for another date:
• Click on the calendar icon in the top right corner.
• Select the date of interest and search for the record.
- Delete lunch with multiple registrations
• Find the record and click on the pencil icon.
• Step 1 - Basic Data:
• Modify, if necessary, the basic data such as date, time, sections, or pre-selected students.
• Click on “Next”.
• Step 2 - Selection and Entry of Individual Student Data:
• In the next screen, click on the “X” in the top right corner of the student’s rectangle to remove the lunch.
• Click on “Next” in the top right corner.
• Step 3 - Summary and Confirmation:
• Check the summary details.
• To confirm, click on the green “Save” button.
• If necessary, go back with “Back”.
Once the modification or deletion is completed, you will be returned to the Educator Register.
