How to Download a Photo from Browser
Access the photo archive
• Log into the system.
• From the left menu, click on “Records” and then on “Photo Archive”.
- Select photos from the current period
• If the photo to download is from the current month, locate the desired one.
• Hover over the photo and click on the “+” gray button in the top right to select it.
• The selection will be confirmed by the photo border turning green.
- Change period (if necessary)
• If the photo is from another period:
• Click on the gear icon in the top right “Change period”.
• In the screen that opens, fill in the “Month” and “Year” fields by selecting them from the dropdown menu.
• Confirm to view all photos in the archive for that period.
- Download the photos
• After selecting the desired photo, click on the light blue “Download” button in the top left.
• To download all photos from a period:
• Click on “Select all” in the top right.
• Then, click on “Download” in the top left.
The selected photos will be downloaded directly to your computer.
