Register a Lunch from App

To register a lunch as an educator, accessing from the app, you have two options: single entry or multiple entry.


Register a lunch with multiple entry


This operation is recommended for registering multiple lunches at the same time, for example at the end of the day.


  1. Access the App


Go to the "Multiple Registration" tab, where a series of icons will be displayed. Click on "Lunch".


  1. Step 1 - Basic Data


Date: this is the date for which you want to register the lunch. The system automatically inserts the current date, but you can modify it by clicking on it.


Time: the system automatically inserts the current time, but you can modify it. This time will be pre-assigned to all students in the next step, but you can customize it for each student in step 2.


Apply weekly menu: select this option to apply the pre-set weekly menu by the administrator, if necessary.


Select Sections: through this selection, you can decide the sections for which you want to register the lunch. The system automatically selects all the sections under your responsibility, but you can modify this value by deselecting those you are not interested in.


Pre-select students: this option allows you to pre-select students to speed up registration. You have four options: Present in structure, All except absent, All, or None (manual selection).


Click on "Next" to proceed to the next step.


  1. Step 2 – The Dishes


Select Dishes: you have several options:


• If all students have an associated weekly menu, select only the quantity for each dish and click on "Next".


• If you want to modify the courses, open each tab, modify the category, the dish, and the quantity or delete it by clicking on the red trash can icon.


• To add a new course, click on "Add Dish".


• If no weekly menu has been associated or you have decided not to apply it, select dish by dish, specifying the category, the type of dish, and the quantity.


Click on "Next" to continue.


  1. Step 3 – Selection and Data Entry for Each Student


On the next screen, you will see the student cards filtered by the parameters entered in the previous step. For each student:


• If the card is bordered in light blue, the student is selected; without a border, it is deselected.


• By clicking in the upper right corner of the card (symbol "V"), you can toggle the selection.


Each card contains:


Student Photo (if uploaded).


First and Last Name of the student and Section of belonging.


Type of dish consumed at lunch and quantity.


• You can add a personal note by clicking on the tab "Write your note here".


After making the desired changes, click on "Next" at the bottom.


  1. Step 4 - Summary and Confirmation


The last step is a summary screen that shows the lunch date, the count of students for whom the lunch is being registered, divided by sections.


To confirm the save, click on "Save". If you want to make changes, use the arrow icon in the upper left to return to the previous steps.


At the end, you will be brought back to the multiple registration menu.


Register a lunch with single entry


This operation is recommended if you want to register the lunch of a single student.


  1. Access the app


Go to the "Single Registration" tab, where a series of icons will be displayed. Select "Lunch" in the third row of icons.


  1. Select student


• First select the section via "Select a section", then select the student to register.


  1. Enter lunch details


By clicking on "Lunch", a view will open with:


Student Photo (if uploaded).


First and Last Name of the student and Section.


Date: pre-set with the date selected in the previous view.


Time: pre-set with the current time, but modifiable.


Apply weekly menu: select to apply the pre-set menu by the administrator.


Dishes: if you have selected a weekly menu, specify only the quantity. Alternatively, select dish by dish with the available options for the quantity (none, a quarter, half, three quarters, all). You can add a second portion by clicking on the "+" next to it.


Personal note: can be added in the dedicated field.


  1. Save or Cancel


To confirm the registration, click on "Save". To cancel, click the arrow in the upper left on "Back".


Upon saving, you will be brought back to the Single Registration screen with all the icons of the various activities.
