App Logs

To view all logs, once you have logged into the app, click on the blue tab "View Logs".

Types of logs

You will be taken to a page where you will find different types of logs.

1. Attendance Log

At the top of the page, you will find a calendar to select the date of interest:

• Left arrow: to move to a previous date.

• Right arrow: to advance to a later date.

Available filters:

• Type: to filter the type of attendance, such as attendance-in, attendance-out, or absence.

• Section: to filter by section.

• Student: to filter by selecting the student from the list.

Below, you will find the list of students for whom attendance has been recorded, and in each tab you will find:

• Student's first and last name

• Section

• Entry: with the relevant date and time

• Who recorded the entry

2. Educator Log

Here too, you will find a calendar to select the date of interest.

Available filters:

• Type: to filter by type of activity.

• Staff: to filter by the educator who entered the activity.

• Student: to filter by selecting the student from the list.

Below, all records registered on the selected date will be displayed. Within each tab, you will find:

• First and last name of the person who created the record

• Date and time of the record

• Type of record and list of students for whom the same record was registered (viewable by clicking on the magnifying glass icon)

At the top right of each tab, you will find:

• Red icon (trash can): to delete the record

• Green icon (pencil): to edit the record

3. Daily Log

Here too, you will find a calendar to select the date of interest.

Available filters:

• Section: to filter by section.

• Student: to filter by selecting the student from the list.

Below, you will find the list of students. In each tab, you will see:

• Student's first and last name

• Date

• Summary of records registered for that day for the selected student

4. Consumables Log

Available filters:

• Section: to filter by section.

• Student: to filter by student.

Below, you will find the list of students and the remaining consumables for each of them.

5. Media

This section contains all uploaded media.

Available filters:

• Media type: to filter between photos and videos, only photos, or only videos.

• Month: to select the month of interest.

• Year: to select the year of interest.
