How to Download a Video from Browser

Access the Video Archive

• Once logged in, from the menu on the left, click on “Records” and then on “Video Archive”.

2. Download a video from the current month

• If the video to download is from the current month:

• Hover over the desired video.

• Click on the “gray + in the top right” of the box containing the video.

• The border of the box will turn green, indicating that the video has been selected.

3. Search for videos from another period

• If the video is from another month or year:

• Click on the gear icon in the top right “Change period”.

• A screen will open with two fields:

• Month: click and select the month of interest from the dropdown menu.

• Year: click and select the year of interest from the dropdown menu.

• After selecting month and year, all videos related to the chosen period will be displayed.

4. Download the videos

• To download a specific video:

• Hover over the video and click on the “gray + in the top right” of the box.

• The border of the box will turn green to indicate selection.

• To download, click on the blue button in the top left “Download”.

• To download in bulk:

• Click on the “Select all” button on the right.

• Then click on the blue “Download” button on the left.
