How to modify or delete a lunch from the web

To modify or delete a lunch from the web, follow these steps:


Modify a lunch


  1. Access the register:


• Log in to the management system and go to the section dedicated to Educators, the one with the green menu.


• From the left menu, click on Registers and then on Educator Register.


• A list of activities registered for today will be displayed.


• If the lunch to modify is for another date, click on the calendar icon at the top right, select the desired date, and search for the record.


  1. Modify the lunch:


• Click on the pencil icon next to the record you want to modify.


Step 1 - Basic data


• In the screen that opens, check the following data:


Date: The date of the record to modify.


Time: Modifiable.


Sections: Select the appropriate section.


Preselect Students: You can preselect the interested students.


• Click on “Next” at the top right.


Step 2 - Selection and input of student data


• You will see the student cards for whom the lunch has been registered.


Green bordered rectangle: Indicates that the student is selected. To deselect, click on the “X” icon at the top right of the card.


Available modifications:


• Change the quantity of the lunch by clicking on the respective icons.


• Modify the type of dish by clicking on “Modify dish”.


• Add notes by clicking on the light blue pencil icon.


• Once you have completed the modifications, click on “Next”.


Step 3 - Summary and confirmation


• View the summary with:


• Type of record.


• Date and time.


• Count of students, divided by sections.


• Click on “Save” at the top right to confirm the changes.


• For further modifications, click on “Back”.


Delete a lunch


Deleting a single registered lunch


  1. Find the record:


• Access the register and search for the lunch record.


• If necessary, use the calendar icon to select a different date.


  1. Delete the record:


• Click on the trash can icon next to the record.


Deleting a lunch registered in multiple mode


  1. Modify the record:


• Click on the pencil icon next to the record to delete.


Step 1 - Basic data


• Check and modify, if necessary:


Date and Time.


Sections.


Preselect Students.


• Click on “Next”.


Step 2 - Remove students:


• Deselect students by clicking on the “X” icon at the top right of each student card.


Step 3 - Summary and confirmation


• Check the summary.


• Click on “Save” to confirm the deletion.


Mass deletion


• If you want to delete all lunches of a record, click on the trash can icon next to the record in the Educator Register screen.
