How to request equipment from the Easy Staff App


To request equipment as an educator accessing from the Easy Staff App, follow the steps below:


Request Equipment


  1. Log into the App.


  1. Go to the “Request Equipment” button located on the second row on the left.


Step 1 – Fill out the Request


• Message Type:


Click on the dropdown menu and select the type of message you want to send. You will have two options:


• Message


• Equipment Request


Select “Equipment Request”.


• Labels:


Select a label from those already preset by the administrator. Then decide if the request is “Urgent” or not.


• Recipients:


• Select from the list to whom to send the equipment request.


• If you want to send it to everyone, click the checkbox “Select all” next to the icon shaped like a person with a magnifying glass.


• Once you have selected the recipients, click the button at the top right “Save”.


• Requested Equipment:


• Scroll through the list below.


• Select the material you want to request by clicking the dot next to each item.


Step 2 – Send the Request


  1. After selecting all desired items, click the light blue “Send” button at the bottom.


  1. The equipment request will be sent to all selected recipients.
