Where to find the flyers with the QR Code for attendance

To find and download the flyers with the QR Code for attendance, follow these steps:

Access the Material section

Log in from Browser and click on the icon at the top right “Support”.

Types of available flyers

Within the Material section, you will find several items:

• Student Entry/Exit Flyers

• Allows family members to use the attendance registration feature via the app.

• To activate this feature, download the flyer and share it with families.

• “We use Easy” Flyer

• Contains an informational flyer about the use of Easy by the facility.

• Staff Attendance Flyers

• Allows staff to record entry and exit via the app.

• To obtain the QR Code, click on “Download” and print the flyer.

These flyers are useful tools to simplify attendance registration and facilitate the use of the app by staff and families.
